Filling Systems
The weigher can be combined with Tyco Open - Mouth Bag Placers or Valve - Bag Applicators. This combinations offers a fully automatic sequence of placing, weighing and filling in the case of open mouth bags, an automatic bag closing machine can be added to provide a fully automatic filling and closing system. Manufacturing materials are to suit specific products and their properties.

These machines are ideal for packing powders, granules, grains, pulses, fertilizers, minerals, chemicals, and other bulk materials.
Our semi-automatic machines can handle a wide range of bags, generally from 10 kg to 1000 kg, depending on customer requirements.
The machine automatically weighs the material as per the set value in processor and fills it into the bag. Bag placement are done manually and other operations like stitching are automatically.
Depending on the model and material, our machines can pack up to 12 to 14 bags per minute (approximate).
Our bagging machines ensure high weighing accuracy, typically within ±25 gm in 10 consecutive weighments, depending on the product and bag size.
